sending something in notepad form

please, please can somebody help me it is absolutely
driving me nuts.

i have a notepad onscreen that i wish to send the details
of to a friend.

I go to send the details with my e mail addy as the
sender and a valid email recipient. anyway, then a
warning box comes up stating " cannot do check your
account news configuration". I am ashamed to admit I am
stuck. I searched helpscreens but cant find it.

Help me someone and you got a e mail friend for life,
I will even buy your software. help

Try this: With Notepad open/click Edit/click Select All/Click
Edit/click Copy/Minimize Notepad/open your E-mail document/right click/pick
Copy. Hope this helps.
