Sending recurring emails in Outlook

I'd like to set up a recurring email reminder to a distribution list once a
week so I don't have to go to the trouble of typing out a new message every
week and remembering to send it. Is there a way to do that in Outlook 2000? I
know how to make a template, but can't figure out how to have Outlook send it
out automatically every week. Thanks.
