Is there any way to schedule an email message to go out automatically at
periodic intervals as set by the sender?

Please try our email scheduler (http://www.lbetoolbox.com/scheduleemail.htm)
which will allow you to send multiple individual emails, either as a one-off
or regularly at a specified time and interval.

John thanks for the link, however, I don't believe the company will allow us
to download other programs. The other alternative is to accept using a
recurring meeting request and ask the recipients to set the reminder on their
own calendar.
However, I will pass along your suggestion.

John,

Can you send custom html emails using your program. I.e using html code
which reference custom graphics and automatically place the clients name.
For example Dear (xxxx xxxxxxxxx)?

Thanks

Would this work? In the e-mail itself, click View, Options, Delivery Options
and put a date and time in the "Do Not Deliver Before" box and fill out the
expiration date.
