Sending Recurring Email message from Outlook

Hi,

Is it possible to send the same Email message to the same group of people -
ie a recurring Email message?
We have two routine internal emails, one stating a deadline is coming
another saying the deadline has passed.
Is it possible to schedule the issue of these emails in the same way you can
schedule a recurring appointment?

We all use Outlook 2000 on Windows 2000 Professional.
