sending & receiving error

I have outlook 2002 sp2
I get the following message when attempting to
send/receive. I have tried "detect and repair" says is
complete but doesnt fix prob.

Task 'pop. Sending and Receiving' reported error
(0x80040154): 'Unknown Error 0x80040154'

Can anybody help me?

I have been receiving the same message, and cannot send or
receive since Monday evening.
I'm stumpted, and would sure appreciate some advice from
someone...
