sending pictures w/ outlook express

I used to be able to send saved pictures on my computer
simply, but now it seems that outlook express will not
let me.

Now everytime I right click and try to send to a mail
recipient I recieve this error:

An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'Hotmail',
Server: 'http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp
', Protocol: HTTPMail, Server Response: 'Message size is
too large', Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number:
0x80004005

I've even tried to send pictures that i've sent before
which used to work and it's still not working !! this is
really frustrating me and if I could recieve some advice
it would be greatly appreciated.

Try sending fewer or smaller pictures.

If you are not getting the "Make all my
pictures smaller" dialog box...maybe the
following will help:

Try this:

go to...Start / Run and type:

"REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL"
(without the quotes)(Yes, there's
a space between 2 and S)

Click...OK.
