Sending picture attachments

I'm having a difficult time emailing messages that include
a picture attachment. It gets stuck in the Outbox and
cannot be sent. Any advice?
 
Some ISPs will limit the size of attachments. If you are
sending a Bitmap (*.bmp file type) then its size may be a
factor. Try sending the picture as a JPEG (.jpg).
