Sending page or link.

When I click on file in Explorer,then click on send , the send page or send
link do not work. Only the send to desk top is in bold black. Is there a
solution to this problem? A file that might be missing that I could
download?I have Windows Vista Home Premium.

Start | Default Programs
Make sure your preferred email client has all its defaults.
