Outlook doesn't have a separate address book. Please explain what it is you
haev opened.

Everything in Outlook is stored in a single file called a Personal Folders
file. It has a ".pst" file extension. In order to get your old items back,
you'll need to be able to access your old drive, but you say you cannot. If
not, you have no chance.
