Sending Multiple VCards

[Sprinks]

Our office manages new construction projects, mostly for cultural
institutions. At the onset, it is convenient for the Project Manager to
create Contacts records for every member of the team, which can total 100 or
more, and once having done so, he/she would like to forward all of them to
every member of the team.

Up until now, he/she has done it one Contact at a time, using the "Forward
as VCard" option. Is there a way to do it with one pass?

Yes. Easy. Insert Item, select each Contact (Ctrl click).

If you have Exchange, have you considered Public Folders for these shared
Contacts?

Thank you, Judy. And yes, I established a Public Folder shared Contacts,
although to be frank, Project Managers are rather territorial by nature and
most prefer to maintain their own. However, in this case, the colleagues
they wish to distribute these Contacts to are outside our network.
