Sending messages in outlook

Outlook was working fine until installation of order entry software for work
(Brandwise). Now I can only receive messages in Outlook and cannot SEND
messages. Screen prompts me with Enter Network Password (User Name &
Password) None of this information has changed.
Any suggestions???

Does everyone else at your work have the same problem, or those with the same
software installed? What type of mail account do you have and what version of
Outlook?

Have you opened Outlook in safe mode to see if the issue is resolved?
Opening Outlook in safe mode disables all the Add Ins with Outlook. If that
works, then add them back in one by one to see which one is at fault. Start >
Run > outlook.exe /safe
