Sending message for 6 days! How do I stop it?

I wasn't thinking and sent a very large attachment. My whole computer is slow
because I can't stop the transmission. Outlook won't let me delete it
because it has "already begun transmission".

Choose Work Offline from the File drop down menu. Close Outlook. Open
Outlook. Click on the Outbox, select the culprit and press the Delete key on
your keyboard. Choose Work Online on the File drop down menu and close
Outlook. Open Outlook!!!
