sending mail

I'm having problems sending mail through Outlook using
third party web host and MSN as ISP. The third party
doens't provide SMTP server and MSN doens't either i do
believe. Any ideas?

Get another ISP or mail host, if you're sure MSN doesn't provide an SMTP
server for you to use. If you want to use a POP/IMAP account, you'll need
someone to give you access to an SMTP server.
