POP3 is very seldom a usable server name. It is, however, the server
name Windows Mail tries to use for the server to get email from if you
create an email account without entering any server name.
Most internet provider companies also provide email servers.
Which company do you get your internet connection from?
Or, if some other company provides the email service you are
trying to use, which company?
POP3 is a valid connection method used for incoming email servers.
