sending informational only messages in Outlook 2003

Create a way to send messages as informational only. this would be for
recepiants for a specific email so they cannot respond to the email.

I can't imagine any conditions that would make this practical. There would
always be a way around it.
 
Working in the healthcare field as I do we send tons of information that does
not require responses. they are information only. I have many staff members
that respond to everything that is sent no matter what it is. I was thinking
there was a way of doing this.
