Sending from specific accounts

I have 4 different Email accounts setup for Outlook: three Yahoo
accounts and an Exchange account. When replying to a message, I would
like for Outlook to automatically use the account that received the
message.

E.g.
I receive a message for (e-mail address removed). I hit reply. Type the
message, send it, and it goes back out through the SMTP server
configured in the mail settings for that account.

Currently, Outlook uses the Exchange account for replies.

Also, I would like to be able to initiate messages from individual
accounts in a similar way. I tried showing the From: field but when
you click on it, it doesn't show the list of configured mail accounts.
Rather, it displays the address book. WTF???

Some versions of Outlook work that way. What version do you have?

That's not what the From field is for. Click the Accounts button (or the
down arrow next to Send, depending on your Outlook version) to select the
sending account.

Actually, I hadn't noticed the "Accounts" button until you mentioned
it. That's even better. :) Thanks.
