Sending from another mailbox

I am in an Exchange 5.5/Outlook 2000 environment. I have given a user
permission to another mailbox and have outlook setup to open this mailbox by
default. How can I set it up so the user can choose which mailbox they want
to send from. Most of the time they will send from their own, but
occaisionally they will want to send a message from the other mailbox.
 
You will need to show the From field in the email message, long time since I
have used Outlook 2000 but have a look on the View menu of the email message
to enable the From
