Sending flyers designed in word

Ok, I know I am missing something. I get emails all the time that have a
flyer as the email body. I posted a question the other day that asked, " Why
doesnt the flyer i design in word come through the email exactly as I
designed it?" Someone graciously replied I need to formatt the document as an
html doc before I create it and send it.

I have done this. Things are still out of place after it comes through the
email. I dont get it. Should I be using Publisher instead? If so, how do I
make sure it goes through email and comes out correctly on the other side. I
dont want to send as an attachment. This is easy but not my goal. All I want
is what I design to come the through the email just the way i designed it.
This should not be this hard using all microsft products. i dont understand
how there could be program incompatabilities between any of the microft
programs. I've tried Constructing flyer as html in outlook as well and it
still doesnt come out correctly. Please help. I am not a new user to a
computer, I would consider myself as being more advanced than most but I need
good step by step instruction on this one.

You can't control everything. You can do it perfectly but if I don't want
HTML mail, then it ain't gonna look the way you want it to. Barring that, if
you have Publisher, have you tried it?
