Sending error report

I've got a friend with XP who gets Recovered from Serious
Error report but can't semd it in as he hasn't got an
internet connection. Can he copy the error files to me and
I send them in for him ? If so, where would I send them ?

It is not entirely necessary to send these reports. It
is so the you can help Microsoft build a better program.
I imagine that millions of people have already sent in
the same errors so tell your friend that he is noble for
wanting to help, but that it is not necessary for him to
do it.
