sending error 421 Outlook 2007

I keep getting an erro 421 when sending emails in Outlook 2007. I can
recieve emails ok.
 
There should be another error number in your error message such as 0x800xxxxx
for example. Do you see any number simliar to that?
 
the other code is 0x800ccc67

Are you using a router? Is your SMTP authentication correct? Are you using
the SNTP server of your own ISP? Do you perhaps have a firewall blocking port
(119) that email would need to use to send?
