Sending Emails as a delegate?

I need to know how to fix our emails. So that when we send an email on
behalf of someone else it does not say From: SOSO on behalf of (Name).
Please give me any suggestion that you may have.

Exchange environment? Did you ask the administrator to check the Send As rights on each mailbox?
