Sending email

I use Outlook to send email, and I was using a DSL service
and couldn't send email but could receive. I switched to
Cable and could send email, but after a day I received the
same error message upon trying to send email:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended
recipients.

Subject:
Sent: 8/27/03 9:53 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

xxx xxxx([email protected])' on 8/27/03 9:53 AM
550 5.7.1 <[email protected]>... Relaying denied

Is there something wrong with Outlook, do I need a patch
or upgrade? I am using Outlook 2002.

My problem is, some things just aren't going right with my PC now (I
noticed atfer some virus attacks inc Sobig and Blaster), the
main issue being that some programmes are taking a long time to launch
(Outlook and IE mainly) and Outlook has developed an issue where I
cannot send emails, as as soon as I press return, my recipient's
address disappears from the to: box.
