Sending email

I have recently started having problems with sending emails. I can recieve
just fine. It started out of the clear blue for no reason that I can tell.
I have not changed any settings that I am aware of. I have Outlook 2003 and
here is the message I get when trying to send. Reported error (0x800ccc78) :
'unable to send the message. Please verify the email address in your account
properties. The server responded: 553 from: address not verified; see
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/manage/sendfrom-07.html

I tried to go to the website and was to stupid to understand what it was
trying to get me to do. I went to tools and email accounts to verify my
email account and it was correct and even retyped it to see if it that might
work. But nothing. is there anyone that can help? I also ran virus checks
and nothing. Help!!

This has been asked before. The answer then was really simple: do what
the URL link tells you to do! Go verify your account using the
procedure they tell you to follow. They want to ensure a human is using
their resources, not some bot. If you cannot manage to follow their
instructions to verify your account is being used by a human then don't
use their e-mail service. For some reason, you choose to ignore the
"Send Verification" step that sends you an e-mail to which YOU are
required to respond. You are required to respond to the confirmation
e-mail that they send to your alternate or Yahoo e-mail account. This
is no different than many other sites that require you to respond to a
confirmation e-mail that they send to complete a registration with their
site.
