sending email through excel macros

hi, i need a code which will send a single sheet of excel document t
all the clients. the code should read an excel spreadsheet which ha
the email ids of all the clients. it should send that single exce
spreadsheet to all the clients whose email id is listed in th
spreadsheet.

can any one help me with a vb macro which can do this.
