Sending email not working

I'm currently out of my country and service provider..i can receive mail but
i can't reply to them...my servers are correct for home. Do i have to change
the out going mail server to what ever my current providers (out of the
country) is to be able to send messages.

Yes, that's how you do it, change the SMTP server to that operated by
whatever ISP you're using. You might want to check with your home ISP to
see if they offer a special connection setting you can use to connect to
their SMTP server when away from home.
