Sending e mails to a list

I am using Outlook 2003 with and exchange server. I am trying to send an e
mail to 30 plus recipients. Is there a way to create a list to send the e
mail to? Thanks in advance for your help.

Sure. Create a DL in your Outlook contacts folder. You can put the list in
the BCC field (and put something else, such as your own address) in the TO
field to ensure delivery.

Several. Are the recipients in the GAL or in a Contacts folder?
