sending e-mail

I have had no problems sending e-mails for the last 3
months. Now they won't send. The message is:

550 5.7.1
<[email protected]>relaying denied
IP name lookup failed
(172.10.34.218)

I do a lot of business through Outlook and really need to
fix this problem
 
You may need to turn on authentication to your outgoing server. You can do
so on the "Outgoing Server" tab for your mail account.
