Sending E-Mail via Access

I have an Access 2000 database which can send e-mails through Outlook. I am
thinking of upgrading from Office 2000 to Office 2003 and have heard that
Outlook 2003 displays a dialog box asking for confirmation that it's ok to
send the e-mail since it came from a program other than Outlook.

Is there a way to turn this dialog off? We're sending e-mails through
Outlook from the database all day long and this would be very problematic.
