Sending E-mail from your address on behalf of someone else.

My boss would like me to set up my outlook so that I can send e-mails on
behlaf of him with both of our e-mail address showing. He said the last girl
did it...How do I do it? Using Outlook 2003

You must be given "Send on behalf of" rights in AD.
