sending e-mail attachments

by means of using a pencam, I can't send my picture e-mail attachments to my customer. I am not too familiar with using a computer and I think it may be something that I'm doing wrong. Each time I try to send the attachment, I get a reply tha
"OE removed access to the unsafe attachments" can any one out there help me to make my attachments safe? and help me send them? there is 12 pictures and a 15 second movie. Im not sure how to relate to this service so please respond through my e-mail address

You should be getting that message when receiving, not sending. But
try this anyway.

OE>Tools>Options>Security Tab. Uncheck: "Do not allow
attachments........."
