Suggest you read the "Help" section of your ISP's
(Internet Service Provider). There should be a button
for attaching files to your email and then select your
attachment. If you cannot solve your situation on your
own, recommend you contact Bellsouth for assistance. By
the way, when you SEND an attachment, you are uploading
not downloading.
