Sending and Receiving Still Processing

When I click on the "sending and receiving" button, the "Outlook Send/Receive
Process" box shows that the send and receive are still processing and that
the green bar is not moving along at all...what is causing this delay?

Outlook is rather a problem using email it seems but it usually means you
are not connected to your ISP. Try another email application and see if that
works.
 
I havt no trouble using Outllok 2003 with Vista. If you are using Norton or
McAfee, they could be the prob with their email scanning.
