Sending an email from a different email address that I receive

I currently have 4 different email address that are conntected to my outlook
account. How do I send an email from an address other than my primary one?
 
Version of outlook? You normally pick a new account from the Account menu
but if you have an old version it may be different.

Use the Account button in the toolbar.
