Sending a Task folder to another user

Can I send an entire Task folder to another user, without having to send each
task one at a time, if I don't have Exchange Server?
 
Export the folder to a .PST file (or just create a new .PST file and copy
the Task folder there), then send that .PST to the other user. He/she can
use File | Open to open it in Outlook.
