Sending a report or query as a "Task" in Outlook with very limited programming

Hi any one, if someone can help it will be very appreciated, I have no VB
skills to speak of (so this make it hard), What I need to do is have the
data from a query send as a task through Outlook, with the persons email
address from the query being used as the email address in the task!
