sending a particular file periodical by smtp

I would like to send a particular file from my computer to my email
address after a set time span (periodical, let's say once every week)
via smtp. I know key loggers can send a log file this way, but I can't
find a way to send a particular file that I have chosen myself. The
chosen file is a word file that is modified every now and than, but I
would like to have the latest version sent to a shared email address on
Monday morning for example. Can anyone help me out?
 
You need to add a script that does the job, to Task Scheduler. Is located in
start menu under accessories - system tools.
