sending a macro to another person

I have recorded a macro to move data around inside an excel spreadsheet
[Office 2007]. It is stored on my personal workbook and available to all open
workbooks.
Others in the company have spreadsheets in the exact same format and could
use this macro. How do I send the macro to them? When they receive it what do
they have to do to use it in any of their worksheets?

Are you on a network?

Best might be to simply save as your Personal.xls as an add-in named
something else like TheMacros.xlam

Store that in a central location that all users can access.

They then load the add-in to have the macros available.
