Sending a fax from Outlook

Cannot find the answer to this question in any threads, apologies if it has
been answered.

I am having a minor problem when sending a fax from an XP client using
Outlook 2000/2002/2003 on a SBS2000 domain.

The body text of the email gets appended to the next page after the
coverpage. All other details are displayed correctly on the coverpage. This
happens with all versions of Outlook and with different coverpages
(generic.cov and our customer coverpages).

When printing to the fax printer from work, the text is displayed correctly
on the coverpage.
