Has anyone else seen this problem? When a user attaches an Excel or
Word document to an email, the sender's printing preferences carry
over with it to include the printer output tray selection. When the
recipient opens the attachment and prints the document, the print
preferences of the sender override the recipient's default print
preferences. Most of the time this won't matter, but when both users
print to the same printer AND have different print output trays
(whether physical trays or mailboxes on a Multi-Function Printer), the
result is the printout not showing up where the recipient expects it
to. Any solutions to this issue would be most appreciated.
