Senders e-mail address

How do I get the senders e-mail address to appear beside the senders name in
the From: line for every new incoming e-mail?
 
The sender sets the format, not the recipient.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
