Send website via email

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how you send a Frontpage website/file via email? I've
done the homepage on my website and my boss would like to take a look. Can it
be sent by email? If so, what do I need to click on etc.

Any folder can be attached. However, your boss will need to have Frontpage
installed, and have the knowledge to use it.

1. You can't attach a folder in an email, unless it is zipped
2. you don't need FrontPage to "view" html files.

Browse to the folder that contains your site using windows explorer.
Zip the folder using WinZip or similar zipping tool.
Email the zipped folder as an attachment.
Have your boos unzip it, then click the folder to open it and then double click the index.html page
to open it in his browser.

Many thanks for your responses. To check that my homepage opened up okay
before I sent it by email, I decided to double click the index.html page
myself in My Computer (not opened up in the Frontpage program). It opened up
in internet explorer and sometimes all the images and buttons were there but
other times I tried, they didn't show up - just a blank where they should be
with a little red cross in it. Can you suggest why it does this?

Did you zip the folder containing your website, and are all of the images located "within" the
folder and not someplace else on your machine?
They must be "within" the website.
Think of the main folder as a container. It must "contain" everything the web site needs / uses.
