Send To is actually a folder. Any shortcuts you place in this folder appear
on the Send To menus.
"Explore" your START menu (right click the START menu and choose "Explore").
Make sure you can see hidden files and folders by choosing Tools...Folder
Options and then the View tab from the Windows Explorer window that is open.
Select "Show Hidden Files and Folders" from the list of choices.
The Send To folder should appear just above the Start folder in the
heirarchy.
I really wish people would stop posting links to pages that give INCORRECT
and/or DANGEROUS instructions to others.
Most of the "tweaks" listed at the site you mention can be done without the
need to "hack" the registry. While modifying the registry is certainly
allowed and possible, it should not be suggested to others as the "first
line of defense" when other less dangerous ways exist.
NEVER modify your registry without having a backup of it and boot disk for
your OS (incorrectly altering your registry can "break" Windows to the point
that the PC won't even boot properly anymore).
