Send To Recipient (As Attachment)

Whenever I go to try and send to recipient (as
attachment), the Internet Connection Wizard pops up. Is
there any way to fix this??

Is Outlook open when you're doing this?

Also, check your IE. Tools|Internet Options|Connections,
and verify your default connection is correct.
