send to propertie tab

I have just a loaded a new xp pro on my comp but when I look in the send to
propertie box there is no record tab

By default, the Send To menu in Windows XP lists the following commands
(destinations): • Compressed (zipped) Folder
• Desktop (create shortcut)
• Mail Recipient
• My Documents
• 3 1/2 Floppy (A:)
• CD Drive this is missing
 
right click on the cd drive in my computer
click properties
click on the recording tab
check enable cd recording on this drive
click apply
click ok
