** Send to PP 2003 from Word**

Hi

When I send a table of 3*4 into PP by selecting the "send to" in File
menue it doesn't send it totally in one slide it sends each row in each
slide.why? it is as the same when I open a RTF file in my presentation too.

Send To PPT sends each line of text in the program as either a Slide Title or
as a line of bulleted text in the presentation. There are fairly simple rules
that control what happens in PPT but let's not go there, since that's not what
you want to end up with.

Instead, try this:

Select the table in Word
Choose Edit, Copy from the main menu bar
Switch to PPT and go to the slide where you want to add the table
Choose Edit, Paste (or if that doesn't work out well, try Edit, Paste Special
and try the various options)
