With previous versions of PowerPoint, if you were viewing your presentation
in black and white and used the Send to Word feature, the presentation was
sent in black and white. PowerPoint 2003 sends in color even if you are
viewing in black and white. Is there a way to Send to Word in black and
white with version 2003?
I tried the option of creating an additional master slide in black and
white. However the PowerPoints that I am editing were not created strictly
by using the master. Therefore applying a new master doesn't change all of
the font colors (and as some are white, they don't appear on the white
background).
