send to menu problems

I don't know what happened, but now when I click on 'send to' I have none of
the default settings there. It is totally empty and I don't have a clue as to
how to get it back, and I use it ALL the time. I can't do a system restore
because I have been having a few problems and there is no restore point that
I wish to use.
I have searched all over microsoft for an answer to this..no help.
I really would like my send to menu restored so any help or suggestions
would be gratefully appreciated.
