Send to Mail Recipient

I am using Windows XP Pro. In the past, when right clicking on one or
multiple picture files a dialog box would come up and give me the option of
attaching small or full size files. Now the box does not come up and only
the full size file/s are attached.
How can I get this option back?
 
Click Start, Run and type:

regsvr32 shimgvw.dll
regsvr32 sendmail.dll
