Send to mail recipient - signature not auto inserted

When I right-click a file in Windows Explorer, then click Send To, Mail
Recipient, no signature is automatically inserted into the new message. Is
there any way to fix that?
 
Just use the Insert, Signature command on the menu. It's not automatic on
Send to or Replies.
 
And that command is not available if WordMail is the editor. In that configuration, you'd have to create the mail message first, then insert the file.
