Send To Mail Recipient- Make picture smaller

This automatic compression function stopped working on 2 XP computers
I have recently upgraded Word 2000 to Office XP, which may be the culprit

Any ideas?

Click Start, Run and type:
regsvr32 shimgvw.dll

Restart Windows for the changes to take effect.
